So simple

'So Simple Swahili Curry'.  But it's not so simple at all!  Realised after pouring in the tin of cherry tomatoes that the recipe called for chopped tomatoes.  Oh well, mashed them up a bit.  And after pouring in the tin of coconut milk, remembered that maybe the Head Chef said something about only using half a tin?
It'll be OK ....
