Tiny Tuesday:  Edward II

As you can see this Red Hot Poker flower spike is just about to burst into bloom.  I don't think that its actually properly called Edward II, but if you know your medieval history you will understand the reference ....   =8^0

I'm still struggling with the really awful cold that someone gave me at the 60th birthday celebrations the weekend before last.  Its still in my head and is now causing a nasty chesty cough.  I could feel quite sorry for myself if I were that way inclined - but fortunately I'm being a brave little soldier instead :-)))
