Rug with Photobomber

This is a new indoor/outdoor rug. As soon as I laid it out on the front deck a week ago, it started to rain.
I have recovered from the overly bright cheerfulness of the flowers. But the rug is soggy all the time.
The label says it is made in Turkey from 100% polypropeline.  I did not expect it to be a sodden thing that even the cats avoid.
As I was taking its photo Gracie T-t  passed on the door mat made of coir. It is wet but not soggy. She just had to get a bit of bombing in for attention.
Wet and tiresome day of no gardening.
