Castlefields Park (Tuesday 14th May 2019)

Needing to buy milk, I took the scenic route into Calne via Castlefields in the early evening. The juvenile swan was on the Wharf again but I didn't have the right camera or lens to get shots of him/her.
I found these buttercups on the verge below the castle wall opposite the old canal.
I also checked all four sides of the church tower for sight of the peregrine, but he wasn't there - surprising as I again had all the wrong lenses.

Joe Gibbs & The Professionals - Righteous Train (recorded 1978)
I have this on an album by the Jamaican reggae group Culture led by Joseph Hill called As Hard As The Rest, a compilation of non-album tracks. It's in a box set with the three albums they recorded for Joe Gibbs and Errol Thompson from 1976-1978.
This Train, also known as This Train (Is Bound For Glory), is attributed to Woody Guthrie in the set, although it is an old gospel tune dating from 1922 (as Dis Train). Culture recorded it as a single but the 'riddim' became used for other versions including this instrumental, which was the B-side of Culture and Nicodemus's Disco Train. As Wikipedia say, "Over the years, This Train has been covered by artists specializing in numerous genres, including blues, folk, bluegrass, gospel, rock, post-punk, jazz, reggae, and zydeco.
