Christmas Dinner - is this a record?

Since CB is off to Foreign Parts on Christmas Day, I cooked her Christmas Dinner today. Pheasant. And yes there is something missing. The sprouts - keeping warm while I blipped. And two sauces, one of celeriac, leek and cider, the other wine, cider, juniper and assorted veg over which the birdie had been roasted. And crackers, I'm sorry to say. And one napkin, since the others are in a drawer we can't open without ruining a rather classy Christmas decoration.

It was, though I say it myself, pretty good, and CB kept picking at the carcass for ages.
