BIRTHDAY BREAKFAST

Today started with room service. I often suggest this but The Rev like to view the food!!!! Today I won well it is my birthday!!!. It was lovely sitting by the window in the sun looking over the beautifully manicured garden.
The day then was very busy with sauna, jacuzzi, steam, hydrotherapy pool, Laconicum and tepidarium rooms...repeat repeat!!! I did swim 60 length through the day and did an aquacise class!! We ended our spa session with a massage for The Rev and a mid wrap for me.
In the evening we enjoyed a light buffet tea in our room.
I great day I think of living it well!!
