Still spreading

The Derwenthorpe estate, which partially surrounds the lakes is a modern development which has been steadily growing since it's beginning in 2014 It has been built in 4 distinct stages and the 4th and final stage is nearing completion. There are plans for some boggy land close by being turned into a small nature reserve.
