Royal Arcade Cardiff

Spent the afternoon and evening in Cardiff with some friends who are holidaying in south Wales.

We had lunch at a microbrewery pub in Bute Park and then had a pleasant walk through the city centre.

I am struck by the ornate Victorian arcades, of which this is just one. Lots of individual shops, full of character.

I should go to Cardiff more often. Wales is alright, really. :-)
