Lerwick Harbour

Another very early start to my day, so after breakfast I enjoyed a walk along the white sand bay just beyond our hotel.  I began by exploring tide line photos but then the birds caught my attention.  I still managed to catch the 10.20am bus into Lerwick on this very grey morning and was glad I had chance to se a bit more of the island.  I hadn't realised how populated this part of the island is.  They don't show you these places on 'Shetland' the detective story.
