Fresh air....

....and exercise was much needed after yesterdays guilty pleasures of booze and food.

I had a bit of a sore head when I woke up and could have probably stayed in bed another hour but I got up and out. Cycling and fresh air does a hangover the world of good and within half an hour I felt alive again.

Just over 3 hours none stop around Pattingham and Perton area mainly off-road with a few lanes which you can really class off road. Despite the threatening looking clouds, it didn't rain and we had glimpses of sunshine.

After I got back from the ride Claire and I ventured to her cousins house for Daniels 7th birthday party, I had a good play on the Nintendo Switch with him and enjoyed catching up with all of the Mansell's.

Later on my parents came round for dinner and I cranked up the BBQ to cook the chicken and vegetable skewers.

All in all a good day and good weekend.
