Burrito bowl

Woke up at 4am with an excruciatingly sore throat - popped some painkillers and eventually got back to sleep some time before 5.  Thankfully I was due to work from home today anyway, as we were having secondary glazing fitted in our office at work.  I did walk down to Sainsbury's at lunchtime though, so that I could make this tasty burrito bowl for my dinner this evening.
