Splash of pink.....

.....in the undergrowth. I went for a walk this morning once Mum was up and dressed. It was bright but windy so a bit chilly so I headed for an overgrown sheltered area on the bents. Saw several Orange tip Butterflies and a couple of Whites as well as what I think was a Field Digger wasp injecting a fly to paralyse it.Apparently they do this then place the insect in a larval cell as a food source. this patch of colour on the bleached log caught my eye...thought it was lovely.
Then I went along to see N and m who arrived this afternoon. Lovely to meet M :)
