Ants

When I rushed off to get the camera this was a wash of white and black as the ants rushed to get the nursery underground after I had lifted the slab.
 
This was part of an intense effort sorting out the garden – and was the birdfeeder slab which had sunk below lawn line and needed raising.
 
I didn’t finish until quite late and this was the only shot I have, hence the sort of emergency.
