Clematis

My Clematis is finally showing a few flowers, long after all the others in the neighbourhood have bloomed.  It could be just a late variety as it is a different colour from others, but I suspect its position in fairly poor soil has something to do with it too.

Tactical vote cast by 7.30 this morning.  Strange times, for want of a better word; having voted for the same party for nearly all my life I cannot see me voting for them again at the next General Election but frankly, I'm not sure who would get my vote.
