Make your Voice heard !

Hospital visit for ongoing treatment for one of my conditions today......BORING! Sent home with a present of a blood pressure monitor after apparently some dodgy readings while hooked up huh .......have to say think id have preferred jewellery ;-) ........then most importantly I voted ! I know Brexit will change things for us in the future but I have always believed you cant sit back and voice an opinion on the good bad and the often ugly of politics and the world we live in and or want unless you re prepared to make your voice heard!
