Taking the Biscuit

Mid Apri, daughter Kate got two lambs to complement her other girls. She has been through the hassle of rearing her own which would probably be her first choice but with just a handful of animals, so much needs to "fit" to make it a pleasant experience.

When she got Phoebe & Biscuit it was very cold & there was no alternative but to keep them in a dog cage in the house. Apparently, the liquid they pumped into the girls came out nearly as quickly & was a far bigger problem than the solid stuff.

Eventually, the weather got better and they could join the others even if with the aid of a heat lamp. Bottle feeding still needs to be done. Today Kate was a bit late & found the two had broken out & were standing in the house watching Breakfast TV.
