Kabuli black

Went up to town for a lightning raid on M & S underwear dept (gosh, it's been years...). Can't say I enjoyed it, but managed to secure a few bits. I've realised that the only clothes I buy new are undies (and shoes), so am very out of practice.

I've sown as many of Chris's bean varieties as I have room for, so have gone to the trouble of labelling them this year. I was rather surprised to find that all four of the Kabuli black chick peas have come up, and look like vigorous wee fellers. Can't imagine that they'll do much outdoors in Edinburgh, but we'll see what happens!
