A WONDERFUL DAY...

.... we had another super weather day top at 23 degC - so we headed for a check locally in Dusseldorf of Nord Park which encumbers a small Japanese gardens which was quite nicely done.

Hayley loved the carp swimming in the pond (see extra 1) and then a wander through the expansive open park and water features (see extras).

This was followed by a Gala event at Alice's school this afternoon for the end of their year in three weeks. The timing of school terms is quite different. 

We then caught up for dinner with good friends of the family here, which made for a full and most enjoyable day.

Enjoy and have a look in LARGE at one aspect of the Japanese Gardens.

Our trip is fast drawing to a close as we have one day left!!
