A HUFF AND A PUFF...

.... and the mighty hump back whales disappeared under again!

Although the swell was "massive" and extra #1 shows how we are well below with the whale just peaking on the top of the wave swell.
The second extra I just missed the tail - it was so damn hard to stand steady in the swell and the whales deciding they just wanted to cruise under mostly - at least we saw "something"!

Funny that on the news tonight they reported the swell was dangerous and the clip used was showing our "wave breaker" boat roaring back through the mouth (entrance) to the Hasting River. Dangerous well I really enjoyed it but about half of the visitors on board were using the "bag"... oops!!

Anyway, at least we got to go out and there were a few around.

Enjoy, and have a look in LARGE, and pleased the 3Amigos just wanted to relax today for our trip home tomorrow, good thing as reckon they would have been on the "bag" as well - or maybe wanting to jump out after the whales....lol!!

.... just been out to try a night shot of the Tacking Lighthouse/ Milky Way but mist from sea spray due the heavy seas and scud of cloud, and moon interference will see what we ended up with later??
