Wild Cemetery

I walked through the local cemetery on the way to the polling station. To my surprise and pleasure it was semi-wild and sprouting ox-eye daisies. So pretty and natural instead of closely manicured grass. It’s not usually like that but I liked it.

I think as a nation we are all tired of Brexit, whichever way we feel about it. I think a lot of people won’t vote because they think it’s a waste of time: they say our politicians lie to us and serve only their own political gain. But our vote is our hard won right and it sends a message of will. We must use it.
