This is the view from our B&B room in Ardmaire, which is just past Ullapool, and both are more than satisfactory! 

On the drive from Torridon we visited the Beinn Eighe nature reserve, spent a few hours at Inverewe Gardens, which was well worth a visit, and also viewed the very impressive falls at Corrieshalloch Gorge.
