Secret Gardens of Wotton

There's a garden trail in Wotton under Edge this Bank Holiday weekend, and despite the weather bring a little less lovely today we ventured out. There are some wonderful gardens out there, to be sure. Long sloping south facing properties with vineyards and snug out of sight boules courts and hobbit hole gin dens, Sprawling gardens made up of themed rooms and tennis courts repurposed with dozens of raised veg beds... It's worth a wander. I noticed this vivid and entrancing colour combination early in the day.
