Common gromwell

I always like to blip new things, and this wild flower Common gromwell Lithospermum officinale, is one I have not blipped before. It is a plant of limey soils (I found it on the downs), which flowers from May to August. It is found mainly in the south of the UK.
I have added a photo of one of my 'home grown' lobsters moths from last year's larvae in extras - I love it when I can release things I have reared.
