Wood Warbler

This morning I took a wander along the shore of Loch Lomond near Rowardennan. The old oak woods were alive with birdsong and I saw this wood warbler who posed quite nicely. I also saw a pied flycatcher but it didn't hang around to get its photo taken. Really pleased because both of these birds are quite rare.
Also stopped in at Balloch hoping to see the mandarin ducks but they were playing shy today. While looking for those ducks by the riverside I saw the yacht captured in my extra shot. Why someone spends a good wad of cash on a nice yacht then leaves it like this is utterly beyond me!
