Day 4

Cushendall to Antrim via Larne & Carrickfergus. A longer ride today at 55 miles.
Our b&b in Cushendall was brill, and after a few pints of Guinness and a chat with a local - who asked to kiss my head but I refused his offer, we had a good nights sleep. Full of breakfast we set off in the sunshine. It’s been a sunny but cool day.

The first 25 were flat and really beautiful along the coast road to Larne. I think this road will be in my top 5 beautiful roads to cycle along. The scenery was stunning. Then over some hills to Carrickfergus with it's castle. From there we tried to dodge the traffic across to Antrim with mixed success. Great little B&B tonight - our own little apartment in the owners garden.
