UFO

I found this rather tiny fly on a nettle. But I couldn't find any informations about it in the internet, so it is an "Unknown Flying Object" for me.
Any ideas?
Thanks to R. it's not longer an UFO, but a Platystoma seminationis.
The have a rather unique courtship display, that includes even kisses.
