Winter Calm

There was lovely light when I went down to the lake this morning.  I went back a couple of hours later, and this is what it looked like (extra 1).

I did a grocery shop this morning, there are hardly any tourists in town.  The supermarket had only locals there - very nice indeed.  It has been a sunny and cool day - +7C.

The Cardrona Ski field opened today, lucky for them that it snowed there yesterday!!  The Snow farm opens on the 22nd June.  Looking forward to that.

I'm off out for a stroll in the lovely sun.
