Incoming southerly

This was the start if the intense southerly parts of the South Island have had/are having.

Jasper will be warmer at home than I am in my accommodation at Otematata. I have my hot water bottle, a merino sleeping bag liner, and a good sleeping bag. I'm fine.

I have my docs blessing, heavy duty antibiotics have done/are doing the trick.

Rain and sleety stuff is pelting on the roof. Tomorrow will be cold.
