Mini Meadow Grass

After an early morning hobble with Hobbler pals Angela and Karen, I have spent several enjoyable hours in the garden: weeding; putting some more grit on the rockery and generally tidying and chatting to passers-by. 

I have decided to do an occasional blip of plants in the mini meadow.  I have the list of forty flowers and grasses to refer to, but I am having to teach myself many of them and I am unable to find the name of this grass - any ideas blippers?  It's not the sharpest photo because it's very windy today, but hopefully someone will be able to tell me what it is.
