Wide Wednesday

...done but I’m a week out with the theme. I thought it was trees! Should be history. There is probably history with the planting of these trees. They are near a grand mansion built by Thomas Kite, a convict who helped build the road over the Blue Mountains. He was well behaved and granted 80 acres of land and convicts to help him. He ended up being one of the wealthiest land owners in these parts and built the big house and landscaped gardens.

I like the clouds in the blip but they haven’t bought much rain or snow.

Today I did some more dress making, raked leaves and other assorted jobs. It’s our 43rd wedding anniversary today but we both prefer to stay home instead of going out to dinner.... must be getting old.
