The answer, my friend ...

... is blowing in the wind.

The first wagon of the day is the Big Green Parcel Machine. It’s 7.5 tonne, but not much more than 7m long. I turn it in Jim’s field and then back it into the drive.

Then it’s a 10m flatbed with the roof trusses. The driver’s nervous about turning in from the main road, so I go down to act as banksman. On the way I phone Bill and he heads over with Donald & son to help offload. It’s an easy job.

What deliveries will tomorrow bring?
