Gull, gulls, gulls

After all the hullabaloo today feels almost as flat as the grey sky that's wrapped around it.

Tinkered a bit with the computer, tinkered a bit with the bike, tinkered about with the Christmas Day leftovers and made a ton of tattie scones. Now tinkering about with the catch up TV stuff (Muppets movie on, one of us tinkering with an iPhone, one with an iPad, and me doing this: Multi-tinkering).

Tinkered around with this sequence of shots in Photoshop. Six frames processed three at a time in Photomatix first, then combined and tweaked in PS with various layer blend modes before adding a Black and White and a Gradient Map adjustment layer. Shake, stir, upload.

This day shall now officially be remembered as Tinkering Thursday.
