Mono Monday - Tie

A bit of a stretch to make this fit today's challenge set by Laurie54. I spent ages sorting out a blip for today, then realised it was last week's theme I was using, so a bit of a rush to get this one done, looking through my stash of cards I found this one, so here goes:-)
I hope this balloon seller has tie-d the strings of his balloons tie-ghtly together or they will all be going up, up and away when he didn't expect them to. The moral of this tale is to make sure that your ties are always tight.
