My ankle still felt pretty bad when I got out of bed. After breakfast I decided to get back into bed and sleep a bit more. Luckily we are having a public holiday in The Netherlands today!I think I slept for an hour or so but it made a lot of difference! Of course the ankle is still swollen but I can now manage to walk a bit without it hurting bad. To reach my daily exercise goals, I tried the stationary bike and as I hoped that was no problem. We cleaned the house together and I could participate at that too. And we finished the puzzle that we started only two days ago! Upwards and onwards; tomorrow it’s back to work.
