Mallard

A sunny day... but the clouds are rolling in as I type. We had a quick trip to Canvey and had planned to take some quirky portraits but we lost a vital prop so just relaxed by a small lake and watched the birds while we had a sandwich. All I can say is that birds are tricky things to photograph and I need a load more practice! I have just picked up an EF 100mm 2.8 L Macro so can't wait to give that a try out... maybe tomorrow.
