Running on the water

That is what this looks like. I never cease to be amazed by the power of these magnificent birds in flight.
I checked on the kestrel chicks this morning - still three lusty little things. The light was no good for photography there this morning. But it is not all about photography, I just love and feel so privileged to be able to observe them.
And our swan is still on her eggs - she showed them to me this morning - four beauties - see my extra photo.
