Capri

Not a bad place to be to take your 2000th consecutive blip.

From Sorrento it's easy, we just booked the ferry tickets and popped over on a 20 minute journey.

The Marina area is pleasant but Capri town itself at the top of the Funicular railway is much nicer. The whole of the south of the island is much less spoilt. 

Claire and I have been thinking of getting married abroad but seeing Capri has made us question it.....a) it is too blinking warm and b) I think the 5* hotels on Capri would be 5 times out of our budget. So very nice though with spectacular views.
