Harlequin Bug

I'm not sure about the exact taxonomy of this gorgeous specimen. I do know its a member of Order Hemiptera or the True Bugs, and Family Scutelleridae, or the Jewel Bugs. It could be a Cotton Harlequin Bug (Tectocoris diophthalmus), but I'm not sure.
