Making the Most

Nipped down to Swansea this morning to catch up with my friends Davina and Val over a cuppa.  I hadn't seen them since the transplant, so they were really pleased at how well I'm looking.  Everyone keeps telling me I've got more colour now.  Lol!

This is Swansea Castle with the BT tower behind, a good contrast of the old and the new.

With the weather finally a bit more like summer I didn't want to miss this opportunity to get out.  So as yesterday's cycle ride was tough, I went for a walk instead.  I threw in two climbs today and I'm chuffed that I did both without stopping.  Every day I'm grateful for this wonderful gift of having my life back.
