The aftermath

We didn't arrive back at our friend's until the early hours due to cars being stuck in the muddy car park so only managed a few hours sleep.
We were served bacon sandwiches by our lovely host before heading home to rest. My dodgy ankle is a bit of a mess today despite holding up in the mulch as we walked around the arena yesterday.
Our wellies need a good scrub, too! Though, we got off lightly compared to the campers!
Lovely roast at Mother's this afternoon before packing for London tomorrow with school!
