Who needs to go......

.....to Spain to see a Lizard. Even if it is just a Common one.
There were several trying to get some warmth from the wooden boardwalk at Cumbria Wildlife Trust’s Foulshaw Moss Reserve.

One of my extras, although a poor photograph, I had to include because it is a rarity.
It is a White-faced Darter. Its stronghold in the UK is in the Scottish Highlands. In England and Wales it has lost much of its habitat and is restricted to a very few sites. Fortunately Foulshaw is one. I shall try to get a better shot in the coming weeks.

My second extra was taken at a romantic candlelit lunch. With Mrs. K of course.
