What a busy day I had.
I was mostly rushing everywhere but stopped for few minutes browsing thru veg in Kingston Market.
I cooked some of my treasures for tonight supper including roasted radishes and oven baked artichokes.
I'm thinking something colourful tomorrow as well,  but time permitting ...
 
I just managed with everything.
Now cleaning the mess in the kitchen.
Thanks to Thermomix again I was able with 4 ingredients and few minutes to spare to make this delicious Berry Foam. For those who wants a recipe its here
