Lovely weather for .......

......... ducks!

More rain ...... but intrepid beings that we are ...... we headed out for a walk regardless!

Not too bad to begin with ...... just a bit of mizzle ....... then ..... guess what? The skies opened & it poured down!

We were out in the open at that point .... of course ...... no shelter in sight! Did eventually find a tree to hide under .... but a bit late ...... my 'waterproof' mac wasn't as waterproof as I was led to believe! The wind had been driving the rain against our backs & the seams on the sleeves couldn't repel that volume of rain!

Happily we survived ...... to get wet another day no doubt! lol
