Pilates Waxeye Style

I really don't know where today has disappeared to.

A snorter of a frost this morning, followed by a sunny winters day.....today (well this afternoon) I was hoping for cloud cover as I had to take photos of neighbour/friends on the 50th wedding anniversary.   But no cloud cover, however I did manage to get them in a nice shady spot without dappled light.  

I would have liked to have blipped my friends,  but never asked their permission, so quickly snapped off a few waxeye pics through our double glazed windows.

This guy was a performing, along with the last light just catching him and the apple made for a reasonable photo. Looks like I'll have to replenish the apples in the morning.
