Sunshine - again

When we came to the Lakes we were expecting wet and dismal weather but so far we have had sunshine with the odd shower, and as yet we haven’t got wet.

Started the day with a trip to Keswick, which included a swim for Reggie in Derwent water, and a treat for me of a very good cheese scone!

Then moved on to the Bowder stone where the sun was really shining so we sat and soaked it up while sharing our flask of coffee.

Called in at Grasmere on the way back for a delicious ice cream , and enjoyed the evening sat outside the caravan enjoying the sunshine and birdsong.

Some rain overnight, which always sounds great from the comfort of a caravan bed....

Another enjoyable and relaxing day.
