There Be Dragons

It has been a warm, sunny day, for a change, so after lunch at Pret we decided to take a walk down to the river to see what was going on.  The area around Bancroft Gardens and the opposite bank were very busy, lots of people in deck chairs and on the grass sunning themselves.

We heard a rhythmic drumming and calls of encouragement and three Dragon boats came up the river obviously racing each other to the finish line by the boat house.  I managed three quick shots as they past.
