Humming-bird Hawk-moth

I started the day with the Brighouse Parkrun (24m 32s) followed by a leisurely breakfast outside in the sunshine.

This afternoon we took Harriet and George over to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park at West Bretton to see the various exhibits. As we were leaving (at closing time) we spotted this Humming-bird Hawk-moth on a red valerian plant - see extra for the view from above.
