... a very interesting building

The old barn in the Tjurkulla-Sonnimäki farm was destroyed in the winter of 2012 . Only the walls were left behind by the fire .
The barn was built in 1917 and expanded in the 1960s. The building is listed as a protected site in the master plan.
In recent years, nothing has been done for a privately owned barn, and steep brick walls stand as a visible landmark just off the road.
