“DIY” project a bust!

The key to working on a project with your husband is the ability to laugh. However I wasn’t laughing when a pipe broke and I had to turn off the water at the water main. Fortunately I have a wonderful neighbor who helped me accomplish that while my hubby was hard at work trying to not let our house flood. There was no Sunday nap or relaxing for either one of us today. Six hours later after the plumber and the restoration service had left, we were able to laugh. We are pretty sure there will not be anymore “DIY” projects happening at the Pilkington’s home anytime soon!
