When Does it Rain in Spain?

Flash floods. Tornadoes. Lots of destruction over the past two weeks and the farm crops are spoiling. Fortunately we are fine. There are only two days in the next nine when no rain is forecast. I’m curious what’s causing this. Maybe I shouldn’t have joked about Noah’s Ark.
